It is quite intriguing to look closely at what milking (men) exactly means. We find that one term covers mainly two meanings. And the motivations for exerting this sexual technique are plentiful!
When we speak of milking we should always be specific, because it could either mean:
- milking the male glands of (mainly) the prostate or/and the seminal vesicles thru direct touch, or
- milking the male thru jerking his penis.
1. Milking the Prostate would mean a massaging of the gland thru directly touching it via the anal canal, be it with one or more fingers, a fist (fisting), the penis or a tool, like a dildo. This could be performed in any position. The classic prostate-milking would be performed with at least one finger or/and a dildo-like tool in a position of the milkee providing good access to the gland for the milker. A more refined way of milking would incorporate the seminal vesicles, since they lie close by the prostate (as we know and see in the illustration below) and for they come as a duo and produce a major part of the seminal fluid.
2. Milking the Male would mean the jerking of a mans penis in a certain position which reminds us of the milking of a cow’s udder. Here the milkee is on his knees (doggy style), while the milker pulls his cock back (so that it is pointing downwards) and jerking it from behind to harvest semen by emission or ejaculation into a container, in a session with at least one release.
When we look at the motivations for applying these techniques it becomes obvious real quick, that a range of very different scenarios does make us want to get involved.
There may be three motivational themes concerning milking (in order of importance):
- harvesting semen other than thru the ejaculatory reflex
- forced ejaculation
- triggering prostate orgasm/triggering ejaculation.
When we milk the prostate or/and the seminal vesicles, we want to:
- drain the glands and harvest seminal fluid while avoiding climax (edging, climax-denial)
- deny climax (ejaculation) while relieving the milkee from internal fluid pressure (domination, edging)
- tease the glands to increase arousal or perform holistic masturbation (kinky or integrated sexplay)
- trigger emission or ejaculation (varying integrated sexplay)
- trigger a prostate orgasm (for those milkees able to experience this kind of climax).
The variety of motivations does work thru one and the same technique, because males experience direct touch of their cum-producing glands differently, i.e. uncomfortably, comfortably or even positively arousing and beyond. In my personal experience it is possible to become sex-positive with your (sensitive) prostate over time, you simply may learn to love the direct stimulation!
When we milk the male, we want to:
- make the milkee cum in a submissive position/situation (domination)
- harvest semen thru possibly multiple emissions/ejaculations (domination, MMO)
- harvest semen thru ruined climax (domination, humiliation)
- drain the glands thru forced ejaculation (domination, variation of sexplay).
The motivations for this technique are much more related to a domination/submission-scenario. Both basic milking-techniques are often applied in combination, especially the latter integrating the direct stimulation of the prostate.
My general definition of what milking in male sexplay would mean is this:
Milking is the hands-on endeavour (by a milker to a milkee, or you on your own) to – for different reasons – extract secretions (of the reproductive system) out of a mans body whether he likes it (approves it) or not.
