What does this iconic gif stand for?

It stands for anal probing, here in a slow and teasing fashion. The anal opening is a sexual orifice in its own right, however, not for everyone. But if you are receptive for this practice, this gif ideally shows how to do it for utmost enjoyment – for the receiver and for the provider.
